Abstract:

Racionalizace postupu výroby ve společnosti Dita výrobní družstvo invalidů Tábor. V úvodu popisuji historii výrobního družstva od jeho založení až po současnost, jeho rozdělení do čtyř divizí: kovo, plast, montáž a textil. Dále se zaměřuji na teoretický rozbor racionalizace, její definici a cíl, jaké oblasti zahrnuje a proč je tak důležitá v dnešní době. Vysvětluji racionalizaci práce, výroby, administrativy, jaké máme typy racionalizace a její metody, podle kterých se řídíme při zeštíhlování výroby, podniku a pracoviště. V praktické části se zaměřuji na divizi textilu výrobního družstva, popisuji celou jeho výrobu od skladu látek, výroby střihu, nastříhání určitého výrobku, kompletování, ušití, zabalení, až po jeho expedici k zákazníkovi. Popisuji stroje, které výrobní družstvo vlastní a zmiňuji se o nedostatcích, které jsem identifikoval v určitých částech textilní výroby výrobního družstva. Zanalyzoval jsem textilní výrobu a vytvořil Swot analýzu, v níž jsem identifikoval silné a slabé stránky výrobního družstva, jeho příležitosti i hrozby, na které musí být výrobní družstvo připravené. Doba, kterou jsem v družstvu strávil, byla ve znamení pozorování, měření a hlavně dotazování jak dělníků, tak managementu výrobního družstva. Vytvořily jsme pro pracovníky textilní divize několik jednoduchých standardů pro zajištění přehlednějších pracovišť, podle kterých se pracovníci řídí. Navrhl jsem několik zlepšení jak v podobě nového vybavení v určitých úsecích výroby, tak několik zdánlivě malých, ale o to více pro výrobu užitečných pomůcek, aby pracovníci textilní výroby byli schopni lépe plnit stanovené normy. Cílem mé práce bylo zefektivnění výrobního postupu textilních výrobků ve vybrané společnosti, včetně vyhodnocení ekonomické a časové náročnosti vybraných návrhů, a tento cíl byl splněn ve všech bodech.

Abstract:

Production practices optimization in the Dita creation co-operative society of people with disabilities in Tabor. In the introduction I focus on the history of this co-operative society from its establishment all the way to the way it looks today, and its four divisions : metal, plastics, construction, and textiles. Furthermore I focus on the theory of this optimization, its definition and goals, which areas it covers and why is it so important in today’s production. I explain the optimization of work, production, administration, which types and methods of rationalization we can use while streamlining production, enterprise, and the workplace. In the practical portion, I focus on the division of textiles. I describe the whole process from storage of fabrics, creation of templates, cuts of fabrics for each product, completion, sewing, packaging and expedition to the customer. I describe the machinery, which the co-operative society owns, and I point out discrepancies and insufficiencies, which I identified in certain parts of the textile production. I analyzed the textile production using the Swot method of analysis, in which I identified strong and weak points of the co-operative society, including possible threats to production which need to be addressed. The time I spent in the factory was mostly to observe, measure, and conduct interviews with the workforce and management. We were able to create new, simple standards for the employees of the textile division, in order to create more organised workplaces, which were now fully implemented among the workforce. I designed some improvements in order to better enable the employees to fill their set quotas. These improvements ranged from new equipment in certain sections to the introduction of smaller tools which could be used by all employees. The goal of my work (assignement, study, paper) was the increase of effectiveness of the creative process of textile products in the chosen company, including the assessment of economical and time requirements needed for the production of each textile product. This goal was met in all parts.
