Abstract:

Předmětem mé magisterské práce je srovnání praktické realizace projektu Astronomie pro všechny s teorií managementu a marketingu. Projekt byl úspěšně realizován z prostředků programu iniciativy společenství INTERREG IIIA Česká republika – Slovenská republika, fond mikroprojektů v roce 2008. Příjemcem byla Hvězdárna Valašské Meziříčí příspěvková organizace Zlínského kraje. Na projektu jsem se podílel jako projektový manažer. V práci srovnávám procesy řízení projektu s teorií managementu v těchto oblas¬tech: plánování, organizování, řízení lidských zdrojů, vedení a kontroly. S teorií marketingu byl projekt srovnáván v oblastech nabíze¬ného produktu, zákaznických skupin a propagace. Dále se v práci zabývám výčtem a popisem jednotlivých fází realizace projektu. Ze srovnání vyplívá, že příjemce projektu využíval teoreticky popsané procesy managementu k jeho sestavení a následné realizaci. Nejzřetelněji se to projevilo v oblasti procesu plánování a organizováni. Teorie marketingu byla v projektu zastoupena především v oblasti propagace, kde byly použity následující metody: programový letáček, internetové stránky, tiskové zprávy, internetové informační portály, direct marketing, grafické symboly a informační tabule.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is a comparison of a practical realisation of the Astronomy for All Project with the management and marketing theory. The project has been successfully financed by the programme of the Initiative of the Community of INTERREG IIIA Czech Republic – Slovak Republic, a fund for micro-projects, in 2008. The recipient was the Valašské Meziříčí Observatory, a contribution organisation of the region of Zlín. I have participated in the project as a Project Manager. In my thesis I am comparing project management processes with the management theory in the following areas: planning, organising, managing human resources, management and control. The project was compared with the marketing theory in the areas of the offered product, customer groups and promotion. Furthermore, I also list and describe individual phases of the project realisation. The comparison shows that the recipient of the project utilised described management processes theoretically to put the project together and consequently to realise it. This has been most obviously seen in the process of planning and organising. Within the project, the marketing theory was represented in the area of advertising where the following methods have been used: a programme flyer, website, press releases, internet information portals, direct marketing, graphic symbols and information boards.
