Diplomová práce se věnuje specifikům přenechání pozemků státu, krajů a obcí k užívání, pramenících z jejich specifického postavení v rámci užívacích vztahů. The diploma thesis deals with the specifics of leaving the land of the state, regions and municipalities for use, stemming from their specific position within the usage relations.
