Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ochrannými opatřeními při dovozu do EU z nečlenských zemí. Snahou této práce je pojmout veškerou problematiku tohoto tématu, jako je jejich dělení, ukázka nařízení upravujících ochranná opatření, jejich zavádění a uvedení do problematiky společné obchodní politiky.
