Diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a charakterizací produktu genu Pden_5119 z bakterie Paracoccus denitrificans. Gen 5119 kóduje enzym řazený mezi NADPH dependenní FMN reduktázy. U enzymu byly stanoveny kinetické parametry, mechanizmus reakce, závislost aktivity na podmínkách reakce a kovalentní modifikací aminokyselinových skupin enzymu chemickými činidly a inhibiční konstanty. Diploma thesis is focused on preparation and characterization of product of Pden_5119 gene from bacterium Paracoccus denitrificans. Gene codes enzyme classified as NADPH dependent FMN reductase.
