Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá jednou z možností kompostování v domácnosti za pomocí vermikompostéru spojeného s pěstitelskou nádobou. Tento druh kompostování se nazývá vermikompostování. Teoretická část pojednává o historii péče o půdu, zásadách kompostování a blíže specifikuje vermikompostování. Vysvětluje i principy samozavlažovacích květináčů a srovnává již vzniklé produkty na trhu. Praktická část ukazuje postup při navrhování samotného produktu, včetně počátečních variant a vizualizací finálního řešení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with one of the possibilities of composting in the household with a help of worm farm connected with a self-watering flowerpot. This kind of composting is called vermicomposting. The theoretical part focuses on the history of soil care, composting principles and gives a specific view on vermicomposting. It also explains the principles of self-watering system and compares products in an overall research, which are already on the market. The practical part of the thesis shows the whole process of designing of product itself including initial variants and visualizations of the final solution.
