Abstract:

Práce se zabývá současnou právní úpravou exekučního řízení. Vymezuje základní pojmy a popisuje legislativních postupy směřující k uhrazení pohledávky exekucí. Jádrem této práce je průběh exekučního řízení, s tím spojené i exekuční prostředky a rozhodnutí. V závěru se soustředím na pravomoce exekutora.

Abstract:

Thesis is dealing with current legislation of Execution proceedings. It defines the basic concepts and describes the legislative processes intended to cover debts foreclosures. The core of this work is the process of execution proceedings connected with execution agents and decisions. In the end I focus the powers the executor.
