Abstract:
Cílem práce je pojednání intitutu závěti jakožto dědického titulu a jiných pořízení pro případ smrti. Práce obsahuje exkurz do historie a porovnání současné a nově navrhované právní úpravy dle nového občanského zákoníku.
Abstract:
Description of the Institute of testament and inheritance or other acquisition of title on death is the goal of the thesis. Excursion into history and compare the current and proposed new legislation under the Civil Code is the content of the thesis as well.
