Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části jsou popsány fyzickogeografické podmínky, zejména geologické a hydrogeologické poměry, v povodí řeky Smědé a Lužické Nisy v okolí dolu Turów. Druhá část se věnuje negativnímu ovlivnění povrchového odtoku v okolí výsypek dolu a poklesu hladin podzemních vod v oblasti dolu. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is devided into three parts. In the first part the physical-geographical conditions are described, mostly geology and hydrology of river-basin of rivers Smeda and Luzicka Nisa in surroundings of Turów mine.
