Tato práce se snaží prozkoumat, zda (popř. do jaké míry) je v ústavách platných na českému území (od roku 1848) provena teorie dělby moci.
Abstract:
This text, called "Distribution of powers in term of the Czech consitutional law", tries to examine the presence of this concept in Czech - historical and topical - constitutional texts.
