Regenerative agriculture: Analysis, comparison and future perspectives

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyse in depth the concept of regenerative agriculture and to present and explain in detail its principles and methods. At the same time, it compares regenerative agriculture with other agricultural systems and discusses its possible future perspectives. The theoretical overview is then discussed in the context of qualitative interviews with experts and farmers working in this field. The discussion in these interviews focuses on the attitudes, experiences and challenges associated with the application of regenerative agriculture. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of regenerative agriculture, with an emphasis on its diversity and relevance in the current agricultural environment. It also traces how the theoretical knowledge and concepts are manifested in a practical setting and in the context of national aspects, which contributes to a better understanding of its broader relevance and contribution.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto práce je dôkladne analyzovať koncept regeneratívneho poľnohospodárstva a detailne predstaviť a vysvetliť jeho princípy a metódy. Súčasne porovnáva regeneratívne poľnohospodárstvo s inými poľnohospodárskymi systémami a diskutuje o jeho možných perspektív do budúcnosti. Teoretický prehľad je následne rozoberaný v kontexte kvalitatívnych rozhovorov s odborníkmi a poľnohospodármi pôsobiacimi v tejto oblasti. Diskusia v rámci týchto rozhovorov sa zameriava na postoje, skúsenosti a výzvy spojené s aplikáciou regeneratívneho poľnohospodárstva. Zámerom práce je poskytnúť komplexný pohľad na regeneratívne poľnohospodárstvo, s dôrazom na jeho rôznorodosť a význam v súčasnom poľnohospodárskom prostredí. Zároveň sleduje, ako sa teoretické poznatky a koncepty prejavujú v praktickom prostredí a v kontexte národných aspektov, čo prispieva k lepšiemu porozumeniu jeho širšiemu významu a prínosu.
