Vybrané části originálního textu jsou přeloženy a poté porovnány s oficiálním českým překladem od Vrastislava Kadlece. První část této práce se věnuje autorově překladu vybraných deníkových pasáží. The thesis deals with the translation of selected passages from the book The Perks of being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky. Chosen parts of the original material are translated and then compared with the official Czech translation by Vratislav Kadlec.
