Abstract:

Fakulta Regionálního Rozvoje a Mezinárodních studií, 2018. Vedoucí bakalářské práce: doc. Ing. Zbyšek Korecki, Ph.D.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá transformací bezpečnostních složek Afghánistánu za asistence mezinárodního kontingentu ISAF – International Security Assistance Force s důrazem na práci USMC – United States Marine Corps. První část práce ve formě literární rešerše popisuje teoretické přístupy postkonfliktního vývoje, transformačních procesů ozbrojených sil, bezpečnost a přístupy k bezpečnosti a demografii. Analytická část se zabývá historickými souvislostmi, které ovlivnily stav aktuální situace v Afghánistánu, demografickým složením obyvatelstva, zahraniční politikou Spojených států amerických a NATO v Afghánistánu, výcvikem jednotek ANSF – Afghan National Security forces – za asistence mezinárodního kontingentu ISAF a procesem předávání odpovědnosti Afghánistánu do rukou afghánských autorit. Návrhová část práce obsahuje návrhy na změny v procesu transformace bezpečnostních sil Afghánistánu, předávání odpovědnosti a řešení chudoby Afghánistánu, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení v celkovém procesu transformace a budoucího vývoje země.

Zbyšek Korecki, Ph.D.This Bachelor Thesis is about Transformation of Security Forces of Afghanistan in the assistance of ISAF – International Security Assistance Force with focus on work of USMC – United States Marine Corps. Literary Research describes theoretical approaches about postconflict development, transformation processes of armed forces, security and demography. Analytical part describes historical context which had influence on today situation in Afghanistan, demographic composition of population, foreign policy of the United States of America and NATO in Afghanistan, transformation process of ANSF – Afghan National Security Forces in the assistance of ISAF and transition of Afghanistan into hands of Afghan autorities. Third part contains proposes and ideas about changes in transformationj proces of Afghanistna security forces, transition proces and dealing with poverty in Afghanistan, which would lead to better transformation proces and progress of Afghanistan.
