Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu ?Edukace pacientů při léčbě Warfarinem.? Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána antikoagulační léčba, léčba warfarinem, jeho indikace a kontraindikace, interakce s léčivy i potravinami, antikoagulační léčba u dětí a v těhotenství. Práce je také věnována komunikaci a edukačnímu procesu. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření u osob, které warfarin užívali. Součástí práce bylo vytvořit edukační materiál, který je přiložen v příloze.

Abstract:

Bachelor´s project is devoted theme ?Education of patients on warfarin therapy.? It is divided on theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are described anticoagulation therapy, warfarin therapy, indication and contraindication, interaction with drug and food, anticoagulation therapy in pregnancy and child. Project are devoted the theme of communication and education process to. Practical part presents the results of questionnaire survey about the patients who warfarin used. Component of project was make education booklet, who is attach in supplement.
