Distribution of assets as a way of bankruptcy solution
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou insolvenčního řízení. Zaměřuje se na novelizovaný způsob řešení úpadku konkurzem. Platná právní úprava je porovnávána s předchozí. Na základě této komparace jsou pak formulovány výhody i nevýhody současné legislativy.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the problems of insolvency proceedings. It focuses on the amended way of bankruptcy solution by means of distribution of assets. Valid legal regulations are compared to the previous regulations. On the basis of this comparison advantages and disadvantages of valid regulations are defined.
