Statistical Evaluation of the Honed Surface

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na statistické hodnocení obtížně přístupného honovaného povrchu kalených dílů. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní principy honování, popis textury povrchu, metody snímání a měření a definice norem ČSN EN ISO 21920 a ČSN EN ISO 25178. V praktické části je nejprve zmíněno, jak probíhala příprava vzorků a dále popis jejich měření a následného zpracování získaných dat. V poslední části práce jsou statisticky zpracovány a vyhodnoceny získané hodnoty parametrů Ra, Rz, Rc a Rq. Kvalita povrchu je také zkoumána pomocí mikroskopu. Statistické vyhodnocení zahrnuje metody jako, testování hypotéz a ANOVA v souladu s uvedenými standardy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the statistical assessment of the honed surfaces of hardened components, which are not easily accessible. The theoretical part describes the fundamental principles of the honing process on honing machine, further describes surface texture measurement and evaluation methods and definitions outlined in standards ČSN EN ISO 21920 and ČSN EN ISO 25178. In the practical part, firstly describes sample preparation and subsequent measuring and processionf of the obtained data. In the last part of the thesis is evaluating obtained values of parameters Ra, Rz, Rc, and Rq. The quality of the component surface was also evaluated using a microscope. The statistical evaluation includes methods such as hypothesis testing and ANOVA in accordance with the mentioned standards.
