Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá omezením základních práv osob za krizových stavů. Teoretická část popisuje legislativní rámec této problematiky a rozebírá základní práva. Cílem je na základě analýzy dostupných dat o omezení lidských práv za krizových stavů předložit návrhy k možné minimalizaci přestupků obyvatel v rámci vyhlášení krizového stavu.
