Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá malayaitovými pigmenty typu MSn0,985Cr0,015SiO5, kde M=Ca2+, Sr2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Ba2+. Tyto dvojmocné kationy byly vybrány nejen na základě podobnosti iontového poloměru s vápenatým kationtem, ale také na základě obdobných vlastností. Studované pigmenty byly připraveny několika způsoby. Jako první byla zvolena klasická keramická metoda, přičemž byly porovnávány jednostupňový a dvoustupňový výpal. Dále byly použity mechanoaktivace a tzv. SMS způsob (suspenzní mísení surovin), avšak těmito metodami byly připraveny pouze některé kombinace pigmentů. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit vliv těchto dvojmocných kationů na barevné a strukturní vlastnosti malayaitu. Dále byla sledována závislost teploty výpalu a způsobu přípravy na barevné a aplikační vlastnosti studovaných pigmentů. V rámci práce byla stanovena velikost částic malayaitových pigmentů a u vybraných vzorků byla zjištěna jejich fázová analýza.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with malayaite pigments type of MSn0,985Cr0,015SiO5, where M=Ca2+, Sr2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Ba2+.These bivalent cations were selected not only on the similarity of the ionic radius of calcium cation, but also on basis of similar properties. Studied pigments were prepared by using several methods. The first one was classical ceramic method, but the single-stage and the two-stage firing were compared. The mechanical activation and the SMM (suspension mixing of materials) were chosen for synthesis of malayaite compounds, but these methods were used for preparation only some combination of pigments. The main aim of this study was to determine the effect of used bivalent cations n the colour and structural properties of malayaite compounds. Furthermore, the dependence the firing temperature and the methods of preparation on colour and application properties of studied pigments were investigated. In this work, the particle size distribution of malayaite compounds was determined too and the phase compositions of chosen samples were verified.
