Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku sester v roli neformálních pečujících. Zkoumá konflikt rolí mezi soukromým a pracovním životem všeobecných sester jako neformálních pečujících, kterému nevyhnutelně čelí. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of nurses in the role of informal carers. It explores the role conflict between the personal and professional lives of general nurses as informal carers that they inevitably face.
