Nursing Process in Care of Patients with gastroduodenal ulcer disease

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na sestavení ošetřovatelského procesu u konkrétního pacienta s vředovou chorobou gastroduodena vycházejícího z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA International Taxonomie II, které se vztahují ke konkrétním potřebám jedince. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám charakteristikou onemocnění, etiologií a patogenezí, symptomatologií, diagnostikou, terapií a komplikacemi onemocnění. Dále se zaměřuji na roli sestry v ambulantní a nemocniční péči a na edukaci pacienta. Praktická část se skládá z plánu péče u 71letého pacienta s vředovou chorobou gastroduodena, který byl hospitalizován na gastroenterologickém interním oddělení. Anamnéza je zpracovaná do třinácti domén dle klasifikačního systému NANDA International Taxonomie II, které se vztahují ke konkrétním potřebám jedince. Bylo stanoveno třináct ošetřovatelských diagnóz, cíle a navrženy intervence, které byly následně zrealizovány a zhodnoceny. Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavení názorného plánu péče v souvislosti s ošetřovatelským procesem dle NANDA International taxonomie II.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the creation of a nursing process for a patient diagnosed with Gastroduodenal ulcer disease. The nursing process is based on NANDA International Taxonomy II nursing diagnoses, which address specific individual needs. The thesis is divided into a theoretical section and a practical section. The theoretical section deals with the definition of the disease and its etiology, pathogenesis, symptomatology, diagnostics, therapy, and complications. This section also focuses on the role of a nurse in both outpatient and inpatient care and the education of the patient. The practical section includes a care plan for a 71-year-old patient suffering with Gastroduodenal ulcer disease, who was hospitalised in the Internal Department of Gastroenterology. The case history has been processed into thirteen domains of the NANDA International Taxonomy II classification system. These domains address specific needs of an individual. The plan includes thirtheen nursing diagnoses, objectives and suggested interventions. These interventions were applied and assessed. The objective of the thesis is to create a relevant care plan relating to a nursing process according to NANDA International Taxonomy II.
