The First Republic Coercive Institution - Legal Basis and Economic Effects
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá institutem nucené práce, shrnuje, za jakým účelem vznikaly donucovací pracovny na českém území s teritoriálním přesahem do rakouských zemí (kvůli společnému historickému vývoji). Dále se zabývá příklady ekonomických i mimoekonomických přínosů donucovacích pracoven s cílem konfrontace se současnou právní úpravou a povinností pracovat.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is concerned with the institute of forced labour summarizing the purpose of The Coercive Institution foundation in Czech Republic with territorial extention (to Austria due to the mutual historical development). It also notes the examples of economic and non-economic contribution of The Coercive Institution drawing a comparison with the current legislation and forced labour.
