Analysis of the popularity consumption of wines with a designation VOC Mikulov

Abstract:

Cílem práce s názvem „Analýza oblíbenosti spotřeby vín s označením VOC Mikulov“ je zjistit, zda jsou vína originální certifikace oblíbena u zákazníků. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části. První, teoretická část práce je věnována historii vinařství, popisu systému zatřiďování a kategorizaci vín v České republice, platné legislativě a náležitostem, které musí víno splňovat, aby mohlo být vyráběno v apelaci. Speciální pozornost je věnována všem VOC sdružením v České republice a také dalším evropským apelacím. Analytická část je zaměřena na výzkum a analýzu. Prostřednictvím metod osobního pozorování a telefonického dotazování, dotazníkového šetření a deskripce byla analyzována kritéria za účelem potvrzení zvolených hypotéz. V závěru každé kapitoly jsou veškeré získané poznatky ještě jednou shrnuty a vyhodnoceny. V třetí části se pak věnujeme navržení vhodných doporučení či řešení.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis entitled "Analysis of the popularity consumption of wines with a designation VOC Mikulov" is to find out, if wine with an original certification is popular with consumers. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first, theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the history of the winery, the description of the classification and the categorization of wines within the Czech Republic, the current legislation and requirements, which the wine must have to be produced in the appellation. Special attention is paid to all VOC associations within the Czech Republic and other European appellations. The second, analytical part is focused upon research and analysis. The criteria was analyzed to confirm the selected hypotheses through methods of personal observation and telephone interviews, questionnaire and description. At the end of each chapter of the second part of the thesis are all the findings again summarized and evaluated. The third part of the thesis suggests appropriate recommendations or solutions.
