Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce byla příprava nových derivátů odvozených od BI-98F10, které by mohly sloužit jako potenciální inhibitory JNK. Teoretická část popisuje signální dráhu JNK, onemocnění s ní spojená a možnou terapii pomocí inhibitorů JNK. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis was synthesis of new derivatives derived from BI-98F10, which could serve as potential JNK inhibitors. The theoretical part describes the JNK signaling pathway, diseases associated with it and possible therapy using JNK inhibitors.
