Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkami týkající se autorského práva ve fotografii. Nejprve odpovídá na otázky, kdy se člověk stává autorem fotografie, jaké fotografie a kdy jsou chráněné autorským zákonem a jak je možné vyhnout se porušování autorských práv. Tyto otázky zodpovím pomocí rešerše použitých zdrojů. Cílem této práce je pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu ověřit určité hypotézy a zodpovědět položené otázky. Dalším cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění na základě hloubkových rozhovorů, jak dnešní mladí fotografové, jejichž doba praxe nepřekračuje 8 let, řeší otázky autorského práva.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with copyright in photography. First, it answers questions about the moment a person becomes an author of a photography, which photographs and when are copyrighted, and ways how to avoid copyright infringement. These questions will be answered using a literature review. The aim of this study is to verify specific hypotheses using quantitative research and to answer aforementioned questions. The next aim of the thesis is to find out, using in-depth interviews, how today’s young photographers, with 8 years of experience or less, solve the issues of copyright.
