Diplomová práce na téma „Meze spolkové autonomie“ si klade za cíl hledat meze spolkové autonomie dané současnou právní úpravou a ustálenou rozhodovací praxí. Práce zkoumá, jakým způsobem může spolek upravit svoje vnitřní poměry v oblasti stanov, při řešení otázek členství ve spolku, při tvorbě organizační struktury spolku, a především jak mohou následně rozhodovat orgány spolku.
