Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo pomocí analýzy vietnamské gastronomie zjistit, jak jsou využívány tradiční postupy v gastronomii.V teoretické části se zabývám tradicemi a zvyky VietnamuV analytické části jsem zkoumala kuchyni severské části VietnamuPoslední část práce tvoří návrhová část, ve které jsem analyzovala zjištěné výsledky prováděného průzkumu.
Abstract:
The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to find out chat are the traditional procedures in gastronomy by analyzing Vietnamese gastronomy. In the theoretical part of this thesis, I would like to present the importace of Vietnamese traditionals and customs.
