Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací žen porodní asistentkou na oddělení šestinedělí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část, se zabývá edukací, fyziologickým a patologickým šestinedělím. Dále laktací a poruchami laktace, výživou, hygienou a cvičením v šestinedělí. Také se zabývá psychikou žen v období šestinedělí a antikoncepcí po porodu. Praktická část referuje o výzkumném šetření, které bylo realizováno pomocí dotazníku. Výsledná data byla statisticky zpracována do tabulek a grafů. Součástí práce je vypracování edukačního materiálu pro ženy na oddělení šestinedělí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis discusses the education of women by midwife in a department of pu-erperium. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical.The theoretical part deals with the education, physiological and pathological puerperium. Furthermore, lactation, lactation disorders, nutrition, hygiene and exercising in puerperium are examined. Next, the psyche of women in the puerperium and postpartum contraception is analysed. The practical part reports on the results of survey which was realized through a questionnaire. The resulting data were statistically processed to the tables and graphs. The thesis also includes project of creation of educational material for women in the department of puerperium.
