Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce byla analýza časových řad nabídky a poptávky na trhu práce České republiky prostřednictvím vyrovnání, predikcí budoucího vývoje a interpretací výsledků. Z dostupných metod byla zvolena metoda regresní přímky a klouzavého mediánu. Na základě dostupných dat z Českého statistického úřadu a Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí byly vytvořeny přehledné tabulky a grafy, které osvětlily současnou situaci v komparaci s vývojem až do roku 2011. Následně byla provedena analýza jednotlivých krajů se zvolenými kritérii věku a vzdělání. Zvolené metody dokazují, že trh práce se i přes mírné odchylky chová dle předpokladu a kroky směřující k oživení ekonomiky jsou přínosné. Analýza krajů poukazuje na fakt stárnoucí populace a na dostatek pracovních míst, avšak trh je limitován klesající nativitou a kvalifikovaností uchazečů. Východiskem je podpora mladých rodin za účelem zvýšení porodnosti ze stran státu, a vytvoření pracovních míst nekvalifikovaným uchazečům ze stran firem za účelem rekvalifikace.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyze the time series of supply and demand in the labor market of the Czech Republic through balancing, prediction of future development and interpretation of results. From the available methods, the method of regression line and moving median was chosen. Based on available data from the Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, clear tables and graphs were created, which illuminated the current situation in comparison with the development until 2011. Subsequently, an analysis of individual regions with selected criteria of age and education was performed. The chosen methods prove that the labor market, despite slight deviations, behaves as expected and the steps aimed at economic recovery are beneficial. The analysis of the regions points to the fact of an aging population and enough jobs, but the market is limited by the declining nativity and qualifications of applicants. The starting point is the support of young families in order to increase the birth rate by the state, and the creation of unskilled jobs for applicants from companies for the purpose of retraining.
