Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou dovolené a jejího čerpání. Cílem této práce je popsat současnou právní úpravu dovolené v České republice, jednotlivé druhy dovolené, jejího čerpání, jaká je náhrada mzdy za nevyčerpanou dovolenou, krácení dovolené, převedení dovolené k novému zaměstnavateli a to vše i v příkladech. The diploma thesis deals with legal regulation of vacation and its drawing. The aim of this work is to describe the current legislation on holiday in the Czech Republic, the types of holidays, how it is used, what is the replacement of wages for unused vacation, reduction of leave, transfer of holiday to new employer and all this in examples.
