Personal experience of entrepreneurs with Covid-19

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá osobními zkušenostmi podnikatelé s krizí spojenou s nemocí Covid-19. Cílem této práce je pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu analyzovat subjektivní zkušenosti tázaných podnikatelů se současnou koronakrizí. Kde hlavním motivem studie je provést osobní hloubkové rozhovory s podnikateli na stanovené téma a zpracovat tak jednotlivé poznatky u každého specifického oboru. Na základě výstupních dat odpovědět na výzkumné otázky a ke konci shrnout významné zkušenosti tázaných respondentů. Účelem je zpracovat ukázkový podklad situace v podnikání způsobené právě krizí tohoto typu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the personal experiences of entrepreneurs with the crisis associated with the disease Covid-19. The aim of this work is to use qualitative research to analyze the subjective experiences of the interviewed entrepreneurs with the current coronary crisis. Where the main motive of the study is to conduct personal in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs on a specific topic and to process individual findings in each specific field. Based on the output data, answer the research questions and at the end summarize the significant experiences of the interviewed respondents. The purpose is to prepare a sample basis for the situation in business caused by a crisis of this type.
