Equality of employees of hotel chains
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rovnoprávnost zaměstnanců hotelových řetězců v ČR. Je také zkoumáno povědomí a osobní zkušenost české veřejnosti o genderových rozdílech. Cíl práce je zjistit, zda v hotelových řetězcích, které se nacházejí na území České republiky, mají muži a ženy stejné mzdové podmínky. A také zda jsou v manažerských funkcích převážně starší (50+) nebo mladší zaměstnanci.
Abstract:
Master´s desertation is focused on the Equality of Employees of Hotel Chains in the Czech Republic. It also examines the awareness and personal experience of the Czech public about gender differences. The goals of the work are to find out in the hotel chains located in the Czech Republic, that men and women have the same wage conditions.
