Pancreatic Ductal Cells

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem duktálních buněk pankreatu. Nejprve je popsána anatomie a histologie pankreatu, se zaměřením na strukturu vývodného systému pankreatického sekretu. Následující části se věnují fyziologii duktálních buněk, včetně jejich sekreční funkce a interakcím s okolními buňkami. Práce dále popisuje diferenciaci duktálních buněk a jejich regenerační potenciál, také se zaměřuje na pankreatický duktální adenokarcinom, jeho patogenezi, genetické mechanismy vzniku, klinické projevy a diagnostiku. Závěrečná část shrnuje současné směry výzkumu zejména v oblasti regenerativní medicíny a vývoje nových terapeutických postupů.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the description of pancreatic ductal cells. First, the anatomy and histology of the pancreas are described, focusing on the structure of the ductal system. The following sections are devoted to the physiology of ductal cells, including their secretory function and interactions with surrounding cells. The paper aims to describe the differentiation of ductal cells and their regenerative potential, also focusing on pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, its pathogenesis, genetic mechanisms of formation, clinical manifestations and diagnostics. The final section summarizes current aims of research, especially in the field of regenerative medicine and the development of new therapeutics.
