Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou a následným navržením strategie pro vybraný materiálový tok, která souvisí se změnou layoutu, tedy rozmístěním pracovišť výrobní haly společnosti OEZ s. r. o. V její teoretické časti jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se analýzy materiálového toku a metod jeho řízení. This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis and planning of a strategy for the selected flow of material, which considers the change of layout, i.e. the location of the production line of OEZ s. r. o. The dissertation is made of two sections; the theory section explains the terminology used for the material flow system and its method.
