Abstract:

Obsahem mojí práce je seznámení s vedením spisové služby v prostředích městských úřadů stejného typu. Základem pro mě bylo vycházet ze tří měst, Sokolova, Kadaně a Mostu, a jejich spisových řádů, a ty jsem podrobila dalšímu rozboru. Práce si klade za cíl zpřehlednit a ucelit zákony a další prameny, které jsou pro tvorbu spisových řádů ve státní správě nepostradatelné. Při komparaci všech těchto měst jsem dospěla k závěru, že problematika tvorby spisových řádů je mnohem složitější, než jsem si na začátku svého zkoumání uvědomovala. Na konci celé bakalářské práce jsem se snažila o shrnutí všech nabytých poznatků a jejich praktického užití při tvorbě nového spisového řádu Městského úřadu Sokolov.

Abstract:

The content of my work is to get acquainted with the management of the file service in the municipalities of the same type. The basis for me was to come out of three cities, and their records, and I underwent a further analysis. The aim of the thesis is to make the laws and other sources, which are indispensable for the creation of registers in the state administration and comprehensible. By comparing all three cities, I came to the conclusion that the issue of filing a file is much more complicated than I thought at the beginning of my research. At the end of my whole bachelor thesis, I tried to summarize all the acquired knowledge and their practical use in the creation of the new file order of the Municipal Office of Sokolov.
