Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a komparací postojů parlamentních politických stran České republiky a politických frakcí v Evropském parlamentu k Návrhu smlouvy zakládající Ústavu pro Evropu a Lisabonské smlouvě. V práci jsou porovnávány postoje českých politických stran vždy s politickou frakcí v EP, jíž je strana členem. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit míru koherence nebo naopak rozdílnosti mezi postoji politických stran a frakcí k vybraným dvěma smlouvám. Práce se snaží dokázat, že se české politické strany k těmto smlouvám vyjadřovaly s výjimkou ODS shodně s politickými frakcemi v EP. Současně chce také poukázat na to, zda došlo v názorech jednotlivých stran a frakcí k hlavním prvkům vybraných smluv k určitému posunu.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of the attitudes of the Czech political parties and political factions in the European Parliament to the Draft Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe and the Lisbon Treaty. The thesis compares the attitudes of Czech political parties with political factions in the EP, which is a party member. The aim of this study is to assess the degree of coherence or contrast differences between the positions of political parties and factions to these selected treaties. The thesis argues that the Czech political parties with ODS in the exception to these treaties express in the same way as the political factions in the EP. At the same time also it wants to point out if there is some particular shift in the attitudes of the parties and factions of the main features of selected treaties.
