CRM and its implementation in medium-sized IT company
Abstract:
Diploma project deals with analys CRM system solutions for middle size companies and defines schema of solution and implementation as plugin for Atlassian products. Objective of CRM diploma project is marginal configurable implementation of CRM module in IT companies. Diploma project studies trends and requirements on CRM systems, defines alternative focuses and processes as plugin for Jira.

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou dostupných CRM riešení pre stredne veľké spoločnosti a následným návrhom CRM informačného systému ako doplnku pre existujúce nástroje spoločnosti Atlassian. Cieľom je navrhnúť a rámcovo implementovať konfigurovateľné CRM riešenie pre stredne veľké spoločnosti v oblasti IT.
