Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u učitelů. Tato práce je členěna na dvě části. Prví část je teoretická. Zabývám se zde definicemi syndromu vyhoření dále příčiny, příznaky, vývojem a také prevenci. Poslední části této teorie jsou věnovány syndromu vyhoření u učitelů a pracovní zátěži učitelů. Topic of this bachelor essay is the issue of burnout syndrome among teachers. The first part is theoretical. I am examining the definition of burnout syndrome, its causes, symptoms, development and also prevention.
