Regulace lobbování ve V4 zemích jako příležitost k odstranění korupce?

Abstract:

Tato práce zkoumá regulaci lobbingu v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky za účelem účelem zvýšení transparentnosti, odpovědnosti a integrity v rozhodovacích procesech. Prostřednictvím srovnávací analýzy stávajících regulačních rámců a na základě zkušeností zemí využívajících pokročilé metody regulace lobbingu tato studie identifikuje oblasti pro zlepšení a nabízí doporučení k vylepšení legislativy o lobbingu v Maďarsku, České republice, Slovensku a Polsku. Zjištění práce zdůrazňují význam přísných regulací při odstraňování korupce a posilování důvěry veřejnosti. Obnovením účinných lobbistických aktů, řešením nedostatků v předpisech, poučením se z mezinárodních postupů a přizpůsobením přístupů konkrétnímu kontextu dané země mohou tyto země zlepšit regulaci lobbingu a přispět k efektivnější správě a demokratickým procesům.

Abstract:

This work provides a comprehensive examination of lobbying regulation within the Višegrad Four countries, aiming to enhance transparency, accountability, and integrity in the decision-making processes. Through a comparative analysis of the existing regulatory frameworks and drawing upon the experiences of countries with advanced lobbying regulations, this study identifies areas for improvement and offers recommendations to strengthen the lobbying legislation in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. The findings emphasize the significance of robust regulations in eliminating corruption and fostering public trust. By reinstating effective lobbying acts, addressing shortcomings in regulations, learning from international practices, and tailoring approaches to country-specific contexts, these countries can enhance their lobbying regulation and contribute to more effective governance and democratic processes
