Reprezentace zájmů a lobbing: případová studie stáčení tachometrů automobilů v EU a ČR

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na reprezentaci zájmů a lobbing, konkrétně zkoumá problematiku stáčení tachometrů u automobilů na úrovni EU i v ČR. Cílem práce je zmapovat a porovnat názorové pozice a aktivity jednotlivých aktérů v tématu stáčení tachometrů na území EU a v ČR. V práci byly stanoveny dvě výzkumné otázky, konkrétně tedy, jaké zájmové skupiny jsou v České republice zapojeny do této problematiky a jaké existují možnosti těmto podvodům zabraňovat. Výsledkem těchto otázek jsou konkrétní zájmové skupiny, které se problematikou zabývají, například lze zmínit sdružení SOVA, společnost Cebia či společnost AAA Auto. Výstupem čtvrté kapitoly je konkrétní příklad odhalení tohoto podvodného jednání, a tedy možnosti, jak tomuto problému lze předejít. V závěru práce budou doporučeny návrhy ke zlepšení.

Abstract:

The master's thesis focuses on the representation of interests and lobbying, and specifically examines the issue of car odometer at the level of the EU and in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to map and compare the opinion positions and activities of individual actors on the subject of turning speedometers in the EU and in the Czech Republic. In the thesis, two research questions were determined, specifically, which interest groups are involved in this issue in the Czech Republic and what are the possibilities to prevent these frauds. These questions are specific interest groups that deal with the issue of association, for example SOVA, Cebia or AAA Auto can be mentioned. The output of the fourth chapter is a concrete example of the detection of this fraudulent behavior, and therefore the possibility of how this problem can be prevented. Suggestions for improvement will be recommended, at the end of the work.
