Abstract:

V disertační práci s názvem Aplikované hudební umění a management projektu se zabýváme jak teoretickými oblastmi výzkumu, tak vlastním empirickým výzkumem. Velký důraz je kladen na aplikační část výzkumu, která je také využívána při poznávání a popisu zkoumaného jevu jako způsob ověření funkcionalit výzkumného prostředí a subjektů. Cílem disertační práce je poznání, které spočívá jednak v tom, jaká je způsobilost, resp. kompetence studenta, s níž přichází do vysokoškolského vzdělávacího procesu v expresivním oboru, a také v tom, jak ji lze v profilové oblasti studovaného oboru rozšířit. Práce seznamuje s prováděným výzkumem využití metody výuky simulačního inkubátoru jako aktivizační metody výuky na vysoké škole, který je zapojen do výuky předmětu základy managementu v hudbě a grantové projekty v oblasti kultury, které jsou vyučovány v bakalářském studijním programu Hudba se zaměřením na vzdělávání Katedry hudební výchovy a kultury Pedagogické fakulty Západočeské univerzity v Plzni a jejichž východiskem je uplatnění základních principů duálního systému vzdělávání v kombinaci s kreativním procesem podle teorie Grahama Wallase. Takto nastavený komplexní výukový systém je realizován v prostředí simulačního arts inkubátoru, který je představován refektářem jezuitské koleje v Klatovech, ve kterém dochází k účelnému poskytnutí prostor a s tím souvisejících služeb a odborností pro rozvoj uměleckých aktivit a realizaci uměleckého projektu za podmínek dodržení organizačně-řídicích mechanismů uměleckého managementu a s respektem ke struktuře a vnitřnímu pořádku poskytovatele simulačních prostor. Jedná se o symbiotický vztah, kterým obousměrně proudí informace a energie, znalosti, zkušenosti, umělecká hodnota směřující k obohacení obou zúčastněných stran a také poskytnutí kulturní služby veřejnosti. Výuková metoda realizovaná jako learning by doing s principy učení Grahama Wallase ve výukovém prostředí pedagogické fakulty (learning) a refektáře jezuitské koleje v Klatovech (by doing) je začleněna do edukačního systému jako jeho důležitý prvek, jehož prostřednictvím výchova studenta směřuje k naplnění cíle výuky. Je informativně nosná, tj. předává plnohodnotné informace a dovednosti obsahově nezkreslené, které je možno vyzkoušet v praxi se všemi konsekvencemi a úskalími, které realizace může přinášet.

Abstract:

The dissertation, entitled Applied art of music and project management, explores both theoret ical areas of research and actual empirical research. Much emphasis is placed on the application part of the research, which is also used in recognizing and describing the phenomenon under study to validate the functionalities of the research setting and subjects. The dissertation aims to find out what is the competence of the student, with which he/she comes to the higher education process in the expressive field, and also how it can be expanded in the profile area of the studied field. The thesis introduces the research conducted on the use of the simulation incubator as an activation teaching method in a university course, which is in volved in the teaching of the course Fundamentals of Management in Music and grant projects in the field of culture, which are taught in the Bachelor's degree program in Music with a focus on education of the Department of Music Education and Culture of the Faculty of Education of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, and whose starting point is the application of the ba sic principles of the dual system of education in combination with the creative process according to the theory of Graham Wallas. The complex educational system set up in this way is realized in the environment of the simulation arts incubator, which is represented by the refectory of the Jesuit college in Klatovy, in which the spaces and related services and expertise for the develop ment of artistic activities and the realization of an artistic project are efficiently provided under the conditions of compliance with the organizational and management mechanisms of artistic management and with respect for the structure and internal order of the provider of the simu lation spaces. It is a symbiotic relationship through which information and energy, knowledge, experience, and artistic value flow in both directions, aiming to enrich both parties involved and to provide a cultural service to the public. The teaching method implemented as learn ing by doing with the principles of Graham Wallase's learning in the teaching environment of the Faculty of Education (learning) and the refectory of the Jesuit College in Klatovy (by doing) is integrated into the educational system as an important element through which the education of the student is directed towards the fulfilment of the goal of learning. It is informative, i.e. it conveys full-fledged information and skills, unbiased in content, which can be tested in practice with all the consequences and pitfalls that implementation may bring.
