The Security System of the Czech Republic and Its Structure. Crisis Management Authorities.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována bezpečnostnímu systému a krizovému řízení České republiky. Tyto pojmy spolu úzce souvisí a jsou základními pilíři pro zachování bezpečnosti státu či případnému řešení krizové situace, která by mohla vzniknout na území státu. V bakalářské práci jsou vymezeny pojmy, které jsou stěžejní k pochopení bezpečnostního systému a krizového řízení a dále se práce věnuje charakterizování všech složek, kterou jsou součástí obou systému. Aktuálnost, lze spatřovat nyní, kdy se Česká republika nachází v nouzovém stavu a na zajištění bezpečnosti se podílejí všechny složky krizového řízení. Cílem bakalářské práce je podrobnější vysvětlení a analýza těchto systémů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the security system and the crisis management of the Czech Republic. These concepts are closely related, furthermore they serve as the central pillars for maintaining the security of the state or for resolving a possible crisis which could occur in the territory of the state. The terms which are necessary for understanding the security system and the crisis management are defined in this bachelor’s thesis, moreover this thesis deals with the characterization of the components present in both systems. The topicality can be observed at the moment since the Czech Republic is in the state of emergency and all of the constituents of the crisis management are involved in ensuring the security. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a more detailed explanation and analysis of these systems.
