Proposal of a self-knowledge program for students of 4th year high schools for the association Go WIN Cashflow club

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze vzdělávacích potřeb studentů 4. ročníků. Cílem práce bylo vytvoření návrhu sebepoznávacího programu pro studenty 4. ročníků středních škol. Navazujícími cíli bylo vytvoření základní struktury sebepoznávacího programu a zjištění, jaké mají studenti představy o formě a obsahu sebepoznávacího programu a zároveň jaké užitečné prvky doporučují pedagogové pro práci se studenty. Teoretická část práce sloužila jako podklad pro vytvoření základní struktury programu. Empirického výzkumu zaměřeného na analýzu vzdělávacích potřeb v této oblasti se zúčastnilo 10 studentů a 10 pedagogů. Při realizaci vlastního empirického výzkumu byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který se řadí ke kvalitativním metodám výzkumu. V závěru praktické části je vytvořen konkrétní návrh sebepoznávacího programu, který je obohacen o zjištění z provedeného výzkumu.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is to consider and analyse the educational needs of 4th year high school students with the aim of creating a self-knowledge program that can be offered to that year group. The goals of the thesis include creating the basic structure of the self-knowledge program and to find out what is, according to students and teachers, their preferred form and content of the self-knowledge program. At the same time the thesis also details the what teachers recommend would work for students. The theoretical part of the work serves as a base for creating the structure of the program. The empirical research focused on educational needs involved questioning 10 students and 10 teachers. In the implementation of the empirical research, a semi-structured interview was used, which is one of the qualitative research methods. At the end of the practical part of the thesis, a self-knowledge program is recommended, which is enriched with findings from the own research.
