KOLEKCE REAGUJÍCÍ NA AKTUÁLNÍ VÝVOJ MÓDY A PŘINÁŠEJÍCÍ VLASTNÍ AUTORSKÝ PŘÍSTUP

Abstract:

Jako téma pro tuto práci jsem zvolila módní trendy, protože odrážejí dění a aktuální náladu ve společnosti a to je to, co mě na nich zajímá. Ve své bakalářské práci jsem chtěla reagovat na aktuální společenská témata a vyjádřit svůj názor. Trend, který mě nejvíce zaujal, byla inspirace Divokým západem. Byl jsem ohromen silnými nezávislými kovboji a jejich vibracemi. Více než inspirativní byly například osudy Calamity Jane (1852-1903) a Annie Oakleyové (1860-1926). Byly to ženy, které si získaly jejich respekt a úctu ve světě mužů. Abych zvýraznil svůj nápad a přinesl nový pohled, přidal jsem ke kovbojským prvkům základy power dressingu. Power dressing je styl, který poprvé definoval John T. Molloy ve své knize Dress for Success. Je to všechno o ženách, které nosí pánskou módu, aby vypadaly silně a stejně jako muži. K oběma těmto tématům jsem vytvořila parafrázi s využitím hlavních prvků a ztvárnila svou představu silné a nezávislé ženy, která je zároveň tak trochu rebelkou. Kolekci tří modelů jsem pojal jako dvě bundy s kalhotami a jeden delší kabát s prvky trenčkotu. První bunda je zkrácená a asymetrická s ramenními vycpávkami a dlouhými třásněmi na jedné straně. Druhá bunda je delší a štíhlá s ramenními vycpávkami a asymetrickým předním dílem. Doplňuje ji kožená kabelka, která je inspirována pouzdrem na pistoli a je zde i jako opasek. Třetím modelem je oversize kabát s páskem a volnými rukávy, na který jsem aplikoval principy trenčkotu. Jako materiál jsem zvolila černou džínovinu, která byla pro kovboje velmi tradiční, ale snažila jsem se z ní vytvořit kabát a bundu netradičním způsobem. Kalhoty jsou vyrobeny ze světle černého polyesteru a modely jsou doplněny černými koženými akcenty. Zároveň jsem použil kontrastní prošívání.

Abstract:

I chose fashion trends as a topic for this work, because they reflect the events and current mood in society and that is what I find interesting about them. In my bachelor thesis I wanted to respond to the current social issues and express my opinion. The trend that fascinated me the most, was the inspiration of the Wild West. I was impressed by the strong independent cowgirls and their vibes. The fates of Calamity Jane (1852-1903) and Annie Oakley (1860-1926), for example, were more than inspiring. They were women who earned their respect and esteem in the world of men. To highlight my idea and bring a fresh perspective, I added the basics of power dressing to the cowboy elements. Power dressing is a style first defined by John T. Molloy in his book Dress for Success. It's all about women wearing men's fashion to look strong and equal with men. To both of these topics, I have created a paraphrase using the main elements and depicted my idea of a strong and independent woman who is also a bit of a rebel. I conceived the collection of three models as two jackets with trousers and one longer coat with trench coat elements. The first jacket is cropped and asymmetrical with shoulder pads and long fringes on one side. The second jacket is longer and slim fitted with shoulder pads and an asymmetrical front. It is complemented by a leather handbag, which is inspired by the holster on the pistol and is also here as a belt. The third model is an oversiezed coat with a belt and loose sleeves to which I applied the principles of trench coat. I chose black denim as the material, which was very traditional for cowboys, but I tried to use it in a non-traditional way to create a coat and jacket. The trousers are made of light black polyester and the models are complemented by black leather accents. At the same time, I used contrast stitching.
