Tato bakalárska práca sa venuje predovšetkým využitiu elektronického podpisu a súvisiacich kryptografických metód v modernej podnikovej komunikácii. V teoretickej časti je najskôr priblížený elektronický podpisu, jeho základné princípy a vlastnosti.
