Abstract:
Agrimonia eupatoria je léčivá rostlina s mnoha terapeutickými účinky. Její antibakteriální účinky jsou způsobeny obsahem sekundárních metabolitů, zejména flavonoidů a tříslovin. Diskovou difusní metodou se podařilo prokázat pouze slabé antibakteriální účinky methanolického extraktu na kulturu Staphylococcus epidermidis, na žádném z pěti dalších zkoumaných druhů bakterií se antibakteriální účinky neprojevily …more
Abstract:
Agrimonia eupatoria is a medicinal plant with many therapeutic effects. Its antibacterial effects are caused by the content of secondary metabolites, especially flavonoids and tannins. Disc diffusion method proved only weak antibacterial effect of methanolic extract on a culture of Staphylococcus epidermidis and failed to display antibacterial effects on five other tested bacterial species.
