Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá mezigeneračním přenosem tradičního řemesla v rodině. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. Popsány jsou zásadní pojmy rodina, tradiční řemesla a jejich současný stav. Následně je představen přenos řemesla v rodině, z hlediska organizace rodiny, výchovného stylu, kapitálu a učení. This diploma thesis deals with intergenerational transfer of traditional craft in the family. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. Fundamental concepts of family, traditional crafts and their current status are described.
