Práce popisuje platnou právní úpravu převodu obchodního podílu na společnosti s ručením omezeným. Na návrhu smlouvy jsou demonstrovány různé situace, které v souvislosti s převodem mohou nastat.
Abstract:
Studies describes valid legal regulation connected to transfer of share in business in a limited liability company. Various situations are demonstrated at the contract draft which can occur.
