Abstract:
Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře se základní definicí a využitím prostorové statistiky. Teoretická část klade důraz převážně na prostorové bodové uspořádání a analýzy odchylek od úplné prostorové náhodnosti bodu, konkrétně se jedná o vzdálenostní metody, které jsou dále rozšířeny o silnější Monte Carlo test. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the basic definition and use of spatial statistics to the reader. The theoretical part emphasizes mainly spatial point patterns and deviation from complete spatial randomness of point, namely the distance methods that are further extended by stronger Monte Carlo test.
