Classic dance technique and the Pilates method in perspective of public course, management and PR

Abstract:

V úvodu se zabýváme klasickým tancem a technikou Pilates nejdříve jako dvěma odlišnými pojmy. Existuje propojení mezi těmito na první pohled nepříliš slučitelnými pohybovými výrazy? Tato práce si klade za cíl objevit zatím latentní spojení mezi těmito technikami a zároveň poukázat na to, jak tohoto spojení můžeme využít v praxi. Vymezíme si klasický tanec, jaké má v současnosti podoby i to jak je pojímán a vyučován na veřejných kurzech. Stejně tak se podíváme na techniku Pilates. Bude nás především zajímat nabídka veřejných kurzů obou stylů na území města Brna, tak jak je v současnosti propagována. Poté zjistíme, jak získané schopnosti můžeme využít v praxi v našem každodenním životě. Ve druhé části této práce se budeme zabývat ekonomickou stránkou věci a to hlavně ve smyslu PR (public relations) veřejných kurzů. Nejdříve si vymezíme samotný výraz public relations a ukážeme si důležité pojmy, které se k němu váží. Na základě těchto pojmů si pak prohlédneme blíže jednotlivé organizace zabývající se výukou veřejných kurzů klasického tance a Pilates, které byly vybrány z nabídky města Brna. Na závěr bude předložen návrh vlastního kurzu a kampaně, abychom ukázali účelné propojení a výsledek, kterého je možné dosáhnout.

Abstract:

In the introduction we handle classical dance and Pilates technique as two different concepts. Is there a link between these at first glance not very compatible motion expressions? This work aims to discover yet latent connection between these techniques and also to point out how this link can be used in practice. We will define a classical dance, its current forms and how it is conceived and taught in public courses. We will look at the Pilates technique same way. Particular interest will be put on public courses for both styles in the city of Brno, how it is currently promoted. Then we will find out how we can useacquired skills in practice of our daily lives. In the second part of this work we will explore the economic side of courses, mainly regarding their PR (public relations). First, we will define the term 'public relations' and demonstrate related important concepts. Based on these concepts we will take a closer look at the individual organisations offering classical dance and Pilates public courses in the city of Brno. In conclusion, the idea of new special course and its campaign will be proposed to demonstrate usefulness of techniques combination and results which can be achieved.
