Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ambivalenci (dvojznačnost) byrokracie ze sociologického hlediska. Práce je členěna do tří kapitol. Objasňuji pojem byrokracie. Nezmiňuji pouze teoretické přístupy k byrokracii a Weberův názor na byrokracii, ale též názory jeho pokračovatelů, kteří se tématem byrokracie zabývali. My dissertation is focused on ambivalence (ambiguousness) from the sociological point of view. The dissertation is divided into three main chapters. I clarify the term of bureaucracy – I do not only mention theoretical approaches and Max Weber´s opinion on bureaucracy but also his follower´s opinions on this topic.
